BLAXIDERMY IS IN THE PAST & FUTURE
I am taking a break from this tumblr. As you probably know, I’ve had the “Blaxidermy” tumblr and URL for years. Blaxidermy is a project that I started many years back, and I feel that my research, work, and interests have evolved and the blaxidermy.com site has become a catch-all for images from my life and work instead of the focused project it was intended to be. So, I am going to keep this here as an archive until it is refocused. In the meantime, follow me on instagram, twitter, Facebook, and check out my website as it evolves: pamelacouncil.com

On this day in 2001, when all you fancy bitches didn’t have cell phone service, I was happy to be with the retro throwback movement that was BEEPERS IN THE NEW MILLENNIUM. I got all my pages! Paired with my customized Air Force 1s and one-shoulder tank top, this beeper let me know that my dad was safe while I was in that morning of terror in downtown manhattan.
